Japanese Knotweed & The Law; seminar held by Charles Lyndon knotweed specialist lawyers.

Charles Lyndon is holding a free seminar on Japanese knotweed and the law specifically aimed at Japanese knotweed specialists and eradication companies. This will cover both an overview of the law relating to Japanese knotweed and an update on the landmark Japanese knotweed judgment in Williams and Waistell v Network Rail Infrastructure Limited that we were recently involved in. This judgement has implications for both property owners and the eradication industry.

This seminar can be very beneficial to eradication companies and knotweed specialists in advising clients on any legal issues connected to Japanese knotweed. This will not only allow the delivery of better client- service but, in a wide variety of circumstances, allows clients the ability to reclaim the cost of Japanese knotweed treatment.

The seminar will be held on Thursday 2 March 2017 between 6.30 and 8pm with drinks and nibbles provided. Location is within easy walking distance of Bank, Moorgate and St Paul’s Tube Stations and is a short walk from Liverpool Street and Cannon Street train stations.
